FAQ

-How long does it take to process orders?
Expect most orders to begin fulfillment processing one to two business days after they're placed and to take one to two business days for processing.

-Orders placed from the UK

Orders destined for the UK have a minimum order value requirement of £135 due to changes to UK VAT law at the start of 2021. If your order does not meet this minimum requirement you will be unable to select a shipping option. 

-Taxes, Customs, and Other Duties 

Customers are responsible for any and all import fees, tariffs, taxes, customs, duties, or any other fee charged for the delivery or release of their order charged by a government or other legal entity. 

-How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic:
Three to Five business days on average for First-Class Packages
Two to Three business days on average for Priority Packages
International:
Seven to Thirty business days on average for First Class International Packages. Please remember that international shipping can be delayed by external factors such as being sent to the wrong country, travel, and customs.
APO/DPO/FPO: Five to Seven business days on average for First Class Packages

 

-Apparel Items: Please allow 2 to 7 extra business days for apparel items to fulfill and ship as they are made to order and ship separately from non-apparel items.

 

-Where's my order at?:
All orders will be shipped with tracking via USPS. Upon fulfillment of the order, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. If you don't get the email contact me at: tacticalbacon@tacticalbaconpatches.com.



-My tracking number hasn't updated for X amount of days, where is my stuff?
Once the USPS has received your package, we can provide no updates other than what is provided via their tracking number updates. In the event your tracking hasn't updated, you can submit a help request form to the USPS at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/.

 

- What is your return/replacement policy?
All sales are final with the exception of patches that are factory blemished/damaged. In the event that you receive a blemished patch, contact me at: tacticalbacon@tacticalbaconpatches.com
